GreenAcres Place HOA meetings are held every second Monday of the month* from 5:30-6:30pm at the Bossier Parish Central Library conference room at 2206 Beckett St.

If you love GreenAcres Place and would like to get involved in keeping our neighborhood beautiful and fun, please consider donating your time to become part of our board. We would love to have you!
 
Here are some of the ways you can be more involved in the HOA:
 
Unit Director
  • Vacancies in Units 8, 9, 10, and 12b
  • Point of contact in their Unit
  • Helps create a sense of community by getting to know homeowners in their Unit
  • Helps monitor Covenant Violations
  • Expected to attend monthly Board meeting
  • If your Unit has a Director, interested parties may join the Board as a Director-At-Large
 
Treasurer
  • Officer position on the HOA Board
  • Must be a Homeowner and Member in good standing of the HOA
  • Prior CPA/Accounting experience preferred
  • Expected to attend monthly Board meeting
 
Membership Coordinator
  • Manages the HOA membership
  • Mails out invoices and logs membership & payments
 
Special Events Volunteer
  • Helps organize and run seasonal/annual events which include: July 4th Parade, Pumpkin Shine & Movie Night
